Garlic Gold Pods - Culinary Convenience to the max!

At the end of every garlic season, as we watch our favorite TV series, we peel the "Seconds". We find the "Pearls". After a vinegar wash and water rinse, the pearls

are tossed into the food processor, minced and packed into 2-ounce cups.

Each cup contains about one bulb of garlic. TOTALLY worth the convenience at Christmas!

Clip off a piece. Add it to hot dishes - mashed potatoes & stir-frys. Add 1/2 to

a mason jar filled with balsamic - olive oil vinaigrette. Drizzle over your broiled

asparagus, Marinate your chicken. Toss it into your chopped veggie salad.

Plop a whole pod into a couple pounds of butter... feed garlic bread to the

Christmas masses.
